Causes of Cellulite

Cellulite is a kind of fat tissue just below the surface of the skin. This layer of skin contains bands of connecting tissue that have many fat cells and is surrounded by a liquid that nourishes it and provides an effective waste system.

The waste products should be removed, however, because when toxins are trapped in the skin, this connective tissue thickens and gives the dimpling effect of cellulite

This layer also thickens as we age, which can produce the rippling effect of cellulite too. Many women's bodies store excess fat in the lower part of the body, namely the butt, hips, thighs and legs. Many women who suffer from cellulite have these parts of their body as their problem areas with cellulite

Cellulite is caused by various factors..

Genetics

Lack of exercise

Diet

Insufficient water intake

Birth control pill

Smoking

A clogged up lymphatic system

Lack of blood flow

Sedentary lifestyle
